An electrical measuring device that measures basic electrical values in circuits. The device consists of a rectangular box with a circular structure on top, in it there is a panel with an arc scale of values from 0 to 50 below, from 0 to 70 on the the top. Above the structure are 3 buttons into which the end of the wire being measured is inserted. The right one is marked V and measures voltage in volts, the other is marked A and measures current in amperes. The other end of the wire is inserted into the third button that is separated. Resistance/continuity measurement is done by connecting as in measuring volts. On the back of the device there is an explanatory diagram and conversion tables. The device is in a special case with an instruction booklet inside. Made in Germany in the mid-20th century, it was used until an electronic measuring device was available at the beginning of the 21st century.
