A device for enlarging images and printing them on photographic paper. The device consists of 3 parts: a wooden base, a rod that is connected to the base, and the body inside which is an opal lamp powered by electricity. Below the lamp is the film carrier surface and at the end of the device is the magnifying lens and filter. The enlargement is done from 35mm film strips using a 50mm lens. It can be enlarged up to 11 times or reduced up to 4 times. The body of the device can rotate on the carrier rod or on the axis that connects it to the rod so that the photographic paper can be placed on the floor or on a wall instead of on the wooden surface and thus obtain a larger image. The enlargement of the images is done in a darkroom with the only light source being the opal lamp. The manufacturer is MeOptma in the Czech Republic.
