Adapt-A-Roll 620 is a device with which you can transfer new or photographed film from a 120 roll to a 620 roll and vice versa. The purpose of the operation is to adjust the thickness of the base roll of the film to the structure of the camera into which it is supposed to enter. The device is made of metal and has room for three rolls, one for the receiving film, the other a fixed roll around which the film will be placed and from which it will stretch to the third receiving roll. The film advances by turning the handle next to the recorded film.

At the beginning of the photographic film there is a paper with which the film  is threaded and then the device is closed so the operation is done inside the  device when it is dark
